"The Carmel"

                                           Carmel convent school is named after a holy mountain "Carmel" situated in north palestine Where prophet Elijah challenged the Bal idol worshipers (1st.king:18).

                           In 1115  the Carmelite order was born under the patronage of mother Mary.Thus the name of Carmel has become the symbol of an ancient christian's traditon. A precious treasure preserved by God given grace to Bl.Francisco Palau y Qyer the founder of Carmelite Missionaries congragation whose members are involed in education,medical care, social welfare and spiritual develpoment of humankind in about 11 countries.Thus we are team dedicted persons belonging to the Catholic Church and witnessing the life and teaching of Jesus Christ

21st June International Yoga Day

21st June, international yoga day was celebrataed in Carmel Convent School, students of Std. 9th and 10th had gone to Agricultural University to do yoga along with the teachers, whereas students of Std. 7th and 8th did the yoga in our school. All of them took part very enthusiastically.

Prayer Service

The New academic year 2022-23 started by invoking God's blessings on our students, teaching and non teaching staff and parents. It started with lighiting the lamp, reading from the holy books like Bible, Geeta and Quran. The students also offered books, sports equipments, uniform etc.
